At MysticAlmanac, we're committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our astrological guidance services.
02 7-Day Trial Period
7-day trial with a payment method
All new users can start with a 7-day trial period. A valid payment method is required at signup, but you will not be charged during the trial.

- Billing begins automatically after the trial if not cancelled

03 Subscription Refunds
30-day money-back guarantee: If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we'll provide a full refund.
- Full refund available within 30 days of first payment
- Partial refunds for the unused portion of the current month
- Request a refund by email
04 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- One-time consultation services (after delivery)
- Custom astrological reports (after generation)
- Digital downloads and materials (after access)
- Services used beyond the guarantee period
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
05 Refund Process
How to request a refund

- Provide information: include your account email, order number, and reason for the refund
- Review process: we'll review your request within 2 business days
- Refund processing: approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
06 Processing Times
All payments are processed by Stripe, so every refund is returned by Stripe to the same card or payment method you originally paid with. We cannot refund to a different method.
- Approved by us: submitted to Stripe within 2 business days
- Returned to your card: typically 5–10 business days after that
The second step is controlled by your bank or card issuer, not by us or by Stripe, so the exact timing can vary.
07 Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
Refund
Refunds must be specifically requested and are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
08 Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside our standard policy for:
- Technical issues preventing service access
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Medical emergencies or hardship situations
- Service outages exceeding 48 hours
Each case is reviewed individually at our discretion.
